This probably isn't the ideal forum to be asking.. but oh well.. (Just that you're a lot more likely to get replies from people who can help you on forums that are more related to that sort of thing)
Anyway..
For probably the vast majority of PS2 games, they can be copied with just about anything that will do a straight full disk copy.. Nero, among many others.
Some of them have extra copy protection but can still usually be copied with something like CloneDVD.
Of course you MUST have a chip in your PS2 that allows you to play these backup copies you make. I'm pretty sure there's no software on the planet that can make a copy of a PS2 CD/DVD with a PC and a normal DVD+-R/RW drive, that will run on a PS2 without a chip installed. (or possibly some other sort of hack.. but basically not just a normal PS2 booting the backup disc normally)
