DVD Shrink 3.2 wont load in Windows 7 64 bit

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and it still wont work.

Any suggestions?

Other than following the links in the FAQ on this subject? No, it worked fine for me from the start.

I just upgraded from Win 7 32 to x-64 a week ago. This was a clean install using a new Win 7 Home Premium x-64 disc and all apps were loaded fresh from their original discs and .zip files.

I wasn't sure whether DVD-S would work or not, but on this system it's been great from the first install launch.

So, FWIW, an Intel i3 dual-core @ 3.07 Gb and Win 7 x-64 with 8GB Ram on a clean install is no problem here. (in case anyone else is thinking of upgrading.)

Wish I could tell you what's not right on your system that it's giving you trouble---- was that a clean install on a fully reformatted HDD?

I'm having the same issue but with Windows 8 x64
Installed it and re installed is several time and but when i open it, it asks for admin permissions then doesn't open I tried to start in in compatibility mode for Windows XP and 7 and still no luck.

system specs: Dell vostro 1500 Core 2 Duo T8300 2.4GHz 4GB DDR2 Windows 8 Release Preview

Like mentioned above, if the FAQ won't help, there's nothing else I know of. And it's still working for me without changing any settings. I simply installed it and it worked fine from the getgo.

First off I for the life of me can not find on this site, the FAQ, except of the one for the forums. Second I have been using DVD Shrink since its infancy and I am just now having issues with in in regards to some Windows 7 and some Windows 8 machines. I have also been able to use it in Linux under WINE with very little issue, but this one stumps me.
