Fix for DVD shrink

I did a fresh install (didnt uninstall first either) and it started working again.

My guess is one of the new updates for Spybot S&D or Adaware is automatically doing something to keep it from running... we'll see if it stops working after I run either of those again!

i'm using both spybot (v 1.4) and adaware (v 1.05). not having any problems other than some newer encryption types not able to be broken.
